CD/DVD Drives, all of them ATA33?

Just finished building a system for a friend and this topic has got my curiosity. This board always tells me that there is no 80 conductor cable installed on the second channel and I understand why, but I was wondering if all CD/DVD/CDR devices are ATA 33, or if there are some that are in fact ATA66 or 100. I have never seen them sold as such and was just curious if anyone out there knows this. Thanks.

Most that I know of are ATA33 or lower.

The only thing I can think that's ATA66 is the second version of Pioneer 16x DVD slot drives, model 106-S.
