Okay so I got my PC 2-3 weeks ago, and I put a cd and dvd into it and it wont read it! I went into my device manager and it said cd/dvd drive, and its working.
I tried to use a converting program to convert one of my files, and it said my CD drive is not ready. What is the problem here?
