CD/DVD Burning in Linux

I've done some googling and it seems cdrecord is by far the most common app for this, but the question is, what front end to use. Most popular seems to be k3b, but the problem with that is it's designed for KDE and I'm using Gnome. I know it can still work with gnome, but it needs to install all kinds of KDE packages and I'd rather just use something designed for gnome.

What other good front ends for cdrecord are there, or should I just use k3b?

I just used K3b, even though i'm on Ubuntu. Yeah it added a bunch of useless KDE packages, but i'm not short on HDD space.

On a side note, there is a Nero Linux if you are interested in that.

Another vote for k3b here. Most people aren't starving for hdd space, so the extra packages required really isn't that bad.

I do have another question which may or may not be offtopic. Has anyone done a successful dual-layer burn?

K3B is probably the best, graveman isn't too bad if you want something based on GTK2.

Im using gnome baker love it is easy and works well

Just found out nautilus has a built in front end for burning cds, so i think i'll just use that.
