CD Drives no longer showing up in My Computer

I brought my computer back from a lanparty and booted it up only to discover that neither of my CD drives are showing up in My Computer in windows 2000. I booted into 98 and they both show up and work fine. One is an IDE Memorex 48x, the other is a Plextor 12/4/32 SCSI. Both show up in Device Manager, although it says registry may be corrupted for the IDE drive. This doesn't explain why the SCSI drive isn't working though. What am I missing?

try deleting them from the device manager, try unplugging them and plugging them back in (computer off of course when doing either)

Thanks for the help Murpheeee, it worked. I completely forgot that I installed CloneCD since I uninstalled it right away.
