Alright, I just got this 48x Verbatim CD-RW drive back in December during one of the deals that Office Max had. I haven't really had any problems with it before until yesterday. I put in a disc in and there is no noise coming from it, it used to be really noisy, and it blinks the LED on and off slowly 4 times then begins to rapidly blink. It won't read the disc at all and will continue blinking until I take the disc out. If I click on the drive in Windows it just gives me an empty screen. I'm guessing that the motor died, but I'm hoping that it isn't the case and it is fixable. 😕
