cd drive autorun off, how to turn it on?

My drives do not refresh themselves when I change the disc. It isn't a problem with the burning programs I have installed. My drives are still set to the option to ask for the task whenever a type of cd is put in. I just used NeroInfo Tool and it says both of my drives have auto run off. How do I turn them back on? Thanks.
 
N/M i fixed it with regedit, found the autorun reg key, some program must have switched it to 0 from 1.
