CD Creatror 4 Delux won't recognize my Matsushita CDR!!! WTF!?!?!?!

Anyone know how to get EZ CD Creator 4 Delux to recognize my 4x Matsushita (Panasonic) SCSI CDR? I'd like to know - not that I don't like Nero 5.5, but for students EZ is the key word here. Thanks -
 
Make sure ECDC 4 is upgraded and patched to the latest. Nero 5.5 is a couple of versions newer, and equates to ECDC 5.x Platinum.
