I have installed cd creator platinum and the up dates and the roxio project selector screen comes up but only about 2/3ds of it the right side of it where the help and exit buttons are do not show up.
thought the programs worked but i get ready to burn a cd the little icon on the left shows its starting but goes right to done before the burner even starts.try it again and it says but in a blank cd.
any help with this would great.this is driving me nus! thanks

Roxio has posted two patches. One upgrades ECDC 5 to 5.02. Install that first. Then when you are in XP, run the other one which makes it XP compatible.

I burned two CDs yesterday in XP with it . . . and it worked perfectly.

Ihave run the 5.02 update and the xp_up platinum update and tried reinstalling acouple of times but still have the same problem.
