CD Burning program in win 2k??

I'm running a win 2k network and need a cd burning program that will work in user mode. I don't want to give the users administrative rights or access to modify the registry. Does anyone know of any burning utility that works in Windows 2000 under user mode? I've tried Nero and Adaptec 4.02, both don't work. any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I tried both. cdrwin doesn't work with IDE drive in windows 2k, only works in NT/95/98. and blindwrite doesn't recognize the cdr while logged on as a user. works fine in administrator tho. any other ideas?
