CD Burner buzzing sound

I have a lite-on 32x12x40 ide internal drive, i never smacked or hit it.. but whenever i put in a cd to read, or burn there is a buzzing sound from inside and the cd cannot be read or burned.. cant do anything with it... any help at all would be great, thanks

Unfortunately this is probably true. We are a throw away society and burners are an example of this. It could probably be fixed but it's just cheaper and faster to buy a new one.
