CD account interest rates in CA?

I'm looking to open a new 6-month CD account and was curious to know which bank seems to have the highest interest rates. Pan America bank in Northern California is offering about 2.0% and the local BofA here in San Diego is offering 1.59%.

Any suggestions?

ING Direct

I've used them for 2 years now, and they are awesome. With a 2.8% 1 year D, you can't beat that anywhere. Savings is 2.25%
