So you tell me no, the Federal govenment hasn't classified it as a narcotic, then you link me to the DEA site where it's classified as a narcotic....even though chemically it's not a narcotic?

Wow....thanks for the insight. It's a Hallucinogenic, just in case you want the truth.

Gotta take my lumps like everyone else. I misread your original post as you saying he declassified it. You didn't, my apologies.

You seem like some politically correct ninny. Society has bent over backwards for this man just so he can practice his obscure cultural beliefs involving guns. And then he breaks the boundaries and rules society set for him by bringing the gun into a school.

It's time to stop the PC nonsense.

no, GUN OWNERS are the ones bending over backworks for asses like you.

He even lied about his bringing a gun into a school full of children. He is obviously dumb and untrustworthy. A joint cannot kill a child, but a gun obviously can. He should receive a very strict sentence and should also never be allowed to own a gun again.

OMG think of the children, that gun could have starting shooting them all on their own!!

If you guys don't like 2A, change the Constitution. Until then, get over it. Basically the same attitude you all apply to abortion, amirite?

Stop being all PC.

I'm ok with the Second Amendment, it's just been interpreted incorrectly to cater to bizarre cultural practices.

Changing the Constitution might happen though. In fact, it might be more extreme. The Constitution caters to a particular demographic group that's just not in line with today's America. The Constitution might be replaced with a whole new document for a new America.

No, it has been interpreted correctly. If you had read the Federalist papers at all you would clearly understand the intent and the motivation behind codifying the right to weapons ownership.

You all talk a big game; if you've got the votes change it. If you don't get over it, just like you all insist we do with abortion. It is "the law of the land".

And I find many thing that you all embrace to be "bizarre cultural practices". It's all a matter of perspective.

Pretty much this.

If you get so relaxed carrying a gun that you forget you have it, you're in danger of getting to complacent imo.

That's not anything that any person should want a CCW permit holder to become.

....

This is such a load of shit.

I'm very responsible with weapons, yet in afghan there would be times where I'd simply forget I had my m-16 slung on my back. That's a freaking m-16, but the thing is once you get used to something it becomes normal and this is no more of an issue than forgetting where your glasses are when they are on your head.

For you idiots that think this guy should be punished give me a break. I hope next time you go 1 mph over the speed limit you get a freaking ticket and/or anything else you do you always get the max. that is allowed because you all fucking deserve it you worthless trash.

This guy did the right thing he left the school and then put the gun in the car (which I guess is allowed there). That right there should have put an end to the situation since nobody actually saw it in the first place they all just assumed.

Yeah well, you probably had a sock in the magazine well too. Maybe a label stuck to the stock with "If found call (afghan cell phone number?)"
