.CCD, .IMG, .SUB. What burning program to use?

I have three files all associated with the same CD, with the extensions:

.CCD
.IMG
.SUB

They are foriegn to Nero, and I was wondering what program to use to extract/burn these files?

CloneCD for all three.

You could also use Fireburner if you wished. Lastly, you can download the freeware ISOBuster, extract all the files from the image and burn them from a directory. In this fashion you're likely not to get an exact CD copy, though.

heh.. all i burn is data/audio.. and xp works fine

I usually use Nero b/c it came with my burner, but it crashes a lot and seems to have problems with converting VBR MP3 to audio in some instances. (I encode my mp3 at r3mix VBR)
