CCC won't install because of missing folder?

I probably need to reformat my computer soon, but I would like to avoid it. Whenever I try to install Catalyst control center now it brings up an error while installing the CCC itself which says "cannot access network location %USERNAME%\favorites" Now the favorites folder is in all of my usernames so I don't know what it is looking for, anyone have any ideas?

Do you NEED that code bloated CCC? I'd uninstall and re-install the version of the Cats without the CCC and all the NET Framework bloatware that comes with it.

Its the only one available now I think. At least on the main page, I didn't bother to look farther

Nope, there's still a non-CCC version available. And if they ever stop releasing one, TRUST ME someone will release a hacked version without it. Most of us techies HATE the CCC.
