CCC and Crossfire Issues

I finally got my motherboard stable, turns out the only problem was the 0201 BIOS, which i remedied, and all the freezing and stuttering stopped.

However, I can't get the super AA and HQ AF to show up in games. (BF2 and HL2 so far) I'm using CAT 6.4 and CCC for simplicity's sake. Is there some reason only the in game settings work when Crossfire is enabled?

Does Catalyst AI affect the filter settings?

geez, does no one have this setup?

EDIT: I got HL2 to work with superAAA, but with CAT AI off.
