ccApp Program?

anybody knows what a ccApp program is?
reason why i ask is my computer is acting wierd lately
both norton anti virus program and the norotn internet security won't show on the task bar
and computer becomes real slow...
what i notice is everytime when i shut down my computer there must be a box saying
Ending ccApp Program
then the computer will shut down...i dunno what a ccApp program is
how come the computer needs to force it to end before my computer shuts down?
what is the problem there?
pls advise
 
It has something to do with the "Auto-Protect" Anti-Virus. I would give you a link, but I'm at work right now, and can't access that site. But NAV needs two different programs to start up on, to auto-protect email and IM's. This is one of them. Browse the Symantec site, and it'll give you more information about that.
