ccapp.exe - it will not close correctly

so i just built my new system and everything is working great, except there is one .exe that will hang when windows shuts down/restarts.

ccapp.exe will always hang and windows brings up the close program dialog box (like when a program has stopped responding) to close it every time i restart. Is there an easy fix for this?

I believe it is part of NAV 2004 pro. I have that and NIS pro installed on my system. In my old rig I had windows 2k w/nav corp + NIS 2k4 and no problems. Could it be because I am running XP with NAV pro? Should i switch to a different version of norton? All help is appreciated. Thanks

Did you try running LiveUpdate to make sure Norton is up-to-date?
