Say I ordered from OCZ and received something I didn't order. I can't contact those effin &#*$^#@ no matter what! Do I have recourse through my Mastercard? I hate OCZ
Your best bet would be to contact Mastercard (or the issuing bank) and dispute the charges. They should refund you, seeing as how you didn't get what you paid for.
