I was wondering what the difference is betwen CC and non-CC paypal fee wise.

Does anyone know?

If you have a personal PayPal account, you get non-cc payments with no fees deducted. You cannot accept credit card payments with a personal account.

If you have a premier PayPal account, fees are deducted no matter what funds the buyer uses to pay you with.
