Supports what exactly?

In November he said:"If a guy has one bad night, everybody goes insane and panics," Sheen, 45, told "Extra" over the weekend. "I'm not panicking," he said, adding "everything's good."

And he then goes ape shit in public. Yup, this is a sure sign he is clean. Because we all know what celebrities that exhibit erratic behavior in public is a sign that "everything's good".

I've done quite a few drugs, I've known drug addicts, and known a couple coke addicts, specifically. All of the facts of the mainstream media reports; hospitalized several times, had the cops called on him several times, and trouble with work, are all consistent with what I've observed in other out of control addicts.

You are just some weird, delusional moran who wants to blow Sheen, for some reason.

I'm not saying he hasn't earned his reputation but the media aka tabloids coverage(main stream or otherwise) of him is always 100% 1 sided to portray him as out of control addict. Going to the hospital doesn't equate to going to the hospital for drugs. Cops coming to the home doesn't equate to cops coming to the home for drugs. He doesn't seem to have any trouble with work so I can't agree with you there, his popularity in his profession has never been higher. He is the highest paid star on television. The re-runs get higher ratings than any 'first run' show on tv, so I think your "trouble with work" theory has no validity at all.

Furthermore your past drug use and your socializing with drug abusers does not make you some kind of respect professional on the matter. If you were linking your published papers and books you've written I'd take your opinions as something more than typical rubbish.

When did he go ape shit in public again?

The guy is not my hero. He's a freaking dope addict that screws aids infected porn stars. Sorry not my cup of tea. Nothing about that kind of lifestyle appeals to me. He could be doing something worthwhile with all that he has in his life but he chooses to piss his life away on crack and hookers. You can find plenty of guys just like him if you wish to visit the soup line at a homeless shelter.

Difference is Charlie's homeless shelter is a million dollar yacht. Dude's living the dream. Screwing who he wants, spending money like it's nothing, and getting wasted all day. Better to go out with a smile on your face than peeing in a bag at the retirement home.

He was making $2 an episode on that show. He's literally got cash to burn.

Hm.

:hmm:

I guess his tirade on the radio was all sane and level headed. Silly me for thinking other wise!

1)Did you listen to the whole thing or just the excerpts given in the tabloids?

2) since when is speaking your mind in an interview = going ape shit in public

Since it gets you fired. And you refuse to hold back and not consider your friends and co-workers.

Also, have you ever dealt with a drug addict before?

1) He didn't get fired. he has a contract get a fucking clue. he will get paid. He did nothing to warrant canceling the show based on that interview. Get real if anyone should be accountable to the people losing work it would be the writers/producers that canceled the show production.

2) yes and irrelevant to the convo.

edit: and you ignored my question if you even listened to the entire 50 minute interview so I'll assume you didnt and there is nothing further to discuss here.

Uh, most contracts have clauses that prevent its contractees from bad mouthing the company, or its products. Plus, entertainment contracts have good conduct clauses that prohibit behaviour that brings the product bad publicity.
My guess is they will pay him the remainder of this season and see if he improves over the next few months. Any more stories of drug fueled rampages will probably cause the company to void his contract, and they will probably try and recoup the money paid to him since filming was shut down

Well, Charlie, you asked for it. Wonder what work you have lined up.

They were talking about this on the radio this morning - when it goes into syndication, he's still going to be making an assload. Plus he reportedly is slated to make $5mil/episode for something else on HBO(?).

I wish them luck on that. He has the resources to drag it through court, he isn't stupid or a push over.

Just how delusional is Sheen? He just told another online tabloid, Radar, that he was already "in serious negotiations with HBO to star in his own half-hour show. He even had a title for it, Sheen’s Corner, listed a sky-high salary for himself, $5 million an episode, and a 10-show guarantee. “It will be epic," Sheen said. The problem is that Sheen is under a deal at WBTV and there is no HBO show.

see above.

CNN disagrees with you, says Sheen won't get paid

Nice tabloid article:

Sources say Sheen will not receive his estimated $1.2 million per episode salary for the remaining four half-hours that CBS had commissioned from Warner Bros. (There were originally eight episodes left in the season, but CBS reduced the order after the show went on a production hiatus so Sheen could seek treatment.) Sheen is currently ranked the highest-paid actor on TV.

damn that sounds like rock solid fact there. :awe:

keep reading your tabloids

Are you trying to say charlie sheen isn't a crazy drug addict? Seriously?

It's not like his show takes any talent on his part.
