cb0 Stepping Numbers!! URGENT!!

I gotta go buy a P3 in about an hour (dont worry, i live in Australia, so its Friday arvo) and was wondering what retail/oem S-Specs i should look for for the most overclockable CBO stepping PIII 650 and 700 CPUs

(I don't really care if they are FCPGA or Slot1, unless one of the two overclock better of course)

The ones noted with note #1 are SECC2 (Slot-style) and the rest are FC-PGA. Look carefully at the headings on the columns, too, there are separate columns there for the Retail Boxed and the OEM.
