Cayman 3220-H situation. IP's and server problem :(

Here's my situation:
I have the Basic DSL from Pacbell, on a Dynamic IP.
I have a Cayman 3220-H router, that shares the IP to my PC, and my roommates MAC

Here's the problem:
When i go to the c:\windows\winipconfig, I notice that my IP address is 192.168.1.1, which is given to me because of the whole gateway sharing.
What if I want to set up an FTP? what ip will I be using? Does this have anything to do with PINEHOLES? I went to the cayman pinhole setup help(cayman pinhole help), but i think they were referring to customers that have statis IPs, keep in mind, mine keeps changing, so how can or can i set this up?
I need to know how i can have people communicate with me (via FTP, etc.) outside in the "internet" to my computer going through the router. I'm really bad with networking so be detailed, thanks. 🙂

Forward ports 20 and 21 to your ip address (192.168.1.1) and then go here to signup for dynamic dns service. You should then download a dynamic dns client, which will update your whatever.dyndns.org to the correct IP wheneven it changed. Then you can access your ftp server via ftp://whatever.dyndns.org

how do i forward? anyone wanna help. im going insane. I signed up for the host and then went to the cliet and downloaded the software and it told me there are no network paths present, I still havent forward the ports, so i dont know if that plays a role in it, probably cause i dont know how to forward them ports in my router, any help from anyONE?! thanks 🙂
