Not sure if this has been posted yet but a quick search did not show anything recent. Seems like a decent deal for a 1TB external, even before rebate.

I can't find any warranty info on the drive. Newegg has a similar drive (model CAXE3701T0 as opposed to CAXA3701T0) for $119 FS after a $20 rebate and they say it has a 1 year warranty.

I have no idea. I remember past reports about these having Western Digital drives but I don't know if that included all of them or if they still use those now. Additionally I have no idea what length of warranty this drive has. Anyone know?
