I'm pretty sure Calvary just uses Western Digital drives in most of their external products but the 3 year warranty on this makes me think its a Maxtor.

Seagate is a five year warranty. The Seagate and the Maxtors have 32 MB of cache in their 1TB drives. It appears to be a WD.
