I made many calls to ask for help but there is no one available ever. And i leave
them many messages but no one calls me back. First the broken motherboard, no
so bad customer service, I'll never buy anything from DFI again and just a warning that think before you buy their motherboard. Now I really suspect how their nf4 sli motherboard gets so many good reviews.

It's their NF4 SLI-DR model which is so expensive but failed me just after two week's use. There is something wrong with pci. And no one would help me either on their forum
or their phone customer service. Please stay away from them, they sucks.

i dunno, just browsing your threads at dfi.street seems more of an sli issue to me. did you try what sharp suggested this morning? try PM'ing AG or rgone? try nv forums?

i dunno why you think its the boards fault but whatever. good luck.

Quite amazing.. My experience with DFI-street was just awesome. I got every response I needed in an hour when I had them. I sold the mobo a month ago right here Anand, and the mobo died after two weeks. He told me he received RMA # at DFI-street in no time. So far, I'd love to buy another DFI mobo not only because my past experience but also since DFI got many engineer from Abit (my ex-beloved mobo maker).

But sorry to hear about your experience, xl80325.

This is why I never buy the latest gen, because it usually takes a PCB revision to get durable boards. :)
