There is a sticky-ed thread on NV 680i in motherboard forum, but I figured my finding was worth being double-posted. In short, I discovered huge discrepancies between voltages selected via BIOS and those measured by a DMM. Below is my finding:

  • vCore: Board undervolts by 0.04~0.06V
vDIMM: Board overvolts by 0.05~0.06V at moderate level (~2.30V), and if you select high vDIMM (2.30~2.50V), board overvolts by anywhere between 0.08~0.10V.
vSPP: Board overvolts by 0.07~0.08V up to 1.50V, and when 1.55V is selected, it suddenly undervolts by 0.08~0.09V.
The thread is here, in case anyone's interested. If you own this board, I suggest you measure your own.
