Definitely looks similar to its fellow syngnathidae family member, the seahorse. Very cool.

Actually he ran for president in 2000 and seriously considered campaigns in several other presidential elections, including the one in 88. I think he finally went in on 2016 when he saw that the Republican field was divided and even the leading candidates lacked broad support.
 
Pretty cool, though I still prefer the leafy sea dragon. Those things are freaking awesome.
