Water, hallons of water. Can't stress that enough. :)

Try to get more sleep too. Everything will be fine then. :)

few things:
-water to flush the system
-sleep to repair the system (both been said before)
-small doses of asperine to thin the blood and get more blood flow
-divert all energy into fighting the bug, don't eat big meals, don't exercise and don't pick fights with people
-keep a high temperature around your body (blankets, lay in the sun coming through the window) so your body doesn't have to use as much energy on heat

- hot tea as a decongestant. Adding lemon and honey makes it go down easier for me :)
- echinacea. Buy a bottle of this stuff and gulp down a handful of pills (~6-8 at least) 3 times a day. That supercharges your immune system and gets you well, fast. At least it works for me. Hey, even if it's the placebo effect, it still works. :D
- valerian root if you have trouble sleeping
- zinc lozenges have a positive effect on many people. I can't stand the taste though.
- rest. lots of it.
- water. drink drink drink.

I found whenever I had a cold if I ran around the house (I really mean running) enough to raise my body temperature, when my body cooled down the cold was severely damaged or gone in general. You might want to try that if any of the above don't help you.
