Why the hell do they do that annoying LONG ASS MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWat nite?? my cats have started doing this ever sinced I moved into my new place why are they doing this I am tempted to dropkick them off my 3rd story balcony!

Lets see .. if you have just moved .. they may be home sick ... and night time may bring it on .. or if they are female and unaltered they may be in heat ... which is also worsened at night ... I hope for you sake they are himalayens ... we had a female himalayen that drove us nuts every time she went it to heat we threatened to move and not take her with us.

I think SweetRobin is right, when I moved recently my cat did the same thing for about 3 weeks or so.

I have been moved since August 21!!!! ugh they are neutered one is male the other is female...they just do it at random one jumps on the dresser and looks in the mirror at himself and does it...ugh..i swear that cats is nuts...

i have a neutered female, she catterwauls(sp?) at night. always has. recently shes taken to waking me up in the morning by sitting on my nightstand and meowing at me. its really annoying. if i go on vacation and leave her for a week she'll drive me nuts at night for a week later. i think shes lonely.
