Cat's eyes are funky looking

I heard a shatter and ran into my kitchen to see what's going on. Cat was on the floor with the cookie jar (that was on top of the fridge) shattered in pieces around him. He seems to be ok but one eye is dilated while the other is not - it's getting better but what the hell's going on?
