"Cathy Bates says... "

...that you can indeed make "chicken salad out of chicken sh#t."

I just saw "Six Feet Under," and thought it was decent. Not Soprano level by any means, but I'm going to watch more episodes (in HD 😀) so I can judege it better.

Overall, what REALLY impressed me was the music and the visuals. The particular coloring tint used for the filming is awesome, not to mention Newman's ususally good score.

I was considering checking out their first 2 seasons. I saw them at the local rental store. Would you recommend?

Six Feet Under is one the best things I have ever seen on TV. I dont get HBO, but have watched the first two or three seasons in DVD. It is a great show. I like it as much as the Sopranos, sometimes more, sometimes less. Start with the first season if you're thinking of renting it.
