Catching up w/old friends is cool

I made plans to meet up w/my O.G. best friend from high school.....we haven't hung out in almost 7 years (lost touch).

anyway, we played bball for 3 hours, and went to in-n-out to get dinner.

it was awesome catching up w/him and just telling each other about our lives.

we still live near one another, and we made some plans to hang out quite a bit more.

i think it's great to see an old friend that you can trust w/your life, and to see how much they've grown is great.

anyway, tha'ts all i wanted to say.
 
good for you! Always a good feeling when you find that a certain connection is still there after so much time...at least you did something about it and plan to keep in touch more.

Makes me want to call up some high school friends.

Oh wait, that was only 3 years ago. n/m. 🙂
 
Yeah no doubt about it. I love hanging out with my old friends and just reminicing about old times... It's the greatest feeling in the world, especially when I am laughing my ass off by listening to old stories about us.
 
I keep in touch with old friends too... most live within a couple of hours of me, so i go up to see them once or twice a year at least.
 
yeah this guy and i did a lot of growing up together.

he was 3 years older than me, and we went thru a lot of crap together. he always ahd my back, and i had his. his parents were like my second set of parents...

it was really cool because i've always looked up to him like an older brother, and i like having that back in my life.
