I'M UPDATING THE DRIVERS FOR MY 9800 PRO ALL-IN-WONDER BUT INFO ON ATI'S PAGE IS CONFUSING, CAN I INSTALL THE CATALYST ON MY VIDCARD OR NOT?? PLS HELP ME OUT

Welcome to the forum. It is pretty straightforward on the ATI website regarding the downloading of the drivers. The new drivers are the version 4.12.

BTW, don't use *all* capital letters in your posts. CAPITAL LETTERS=SHOUTING.
 
Work on fixing your caps lock key, my guess is you've got PB&J crumbs gumming it up, clean them out and you should be able to turn it off.
