catalyst control's "auto-tune"

I just used Catalyst Control's Auto Tune and it set my GPU settings to:

GPU Clock to 758MHz

and

Memory Clock to 1103 MHz


Is Auto Tune accurate? GOod to use?

I have a Q6600 with 4 GHz RAM on a ASUS Maximus Formula mobo if that helps Running 32-bit vista.
