Catalyst Control Centre: Host application has stopped working?

I'm using the 8.8 driver. I've seen this three or four times now. I just booted up my computer this morning and as soon as I got to the desktop this popped up.
 
Yes, it did this in both XP and Vista for me. Reinstalled Catalyst 8.7 CCC package and then installed the 8.8 driver only package to fix.

I'm getting this too with the 9.3 drivers. I wouldn't need to access it, but I'm trying to fix my flashing textures in WoW and Crysis. This ATI card has been nothing but trouble.
