Catalyst Control Center

Installed the latest version of Catalyst and now when I try to run the Control Panel for Catalyst I get error messages

"error running cli.exe, terminated" (or something)
and
cannot find major.exe.

The Catalyst software isn't working properly. Any suggestions?

Are you using Catalyst 4.12? I have it installed and it works perfectly. I checked for those files, and neither of those in your error message exist.

Catalyst Control Center requires Microsoft .NET Framework to be installed - it is based on having it. My "About" screen shows .NET Framework version 1.1.4322.573, and CCC Ver. 1.0.1796.585.

When you installed the Catalyst drivers w/Control Center, did you totally remove the old drivers and control panel - and then delete everything in C:\ATI\SUPPORT?

Suggest you uninstall all of it and make sure you are clean - then start over.
