Radeon 4850 on Q6600 machine w/ 4GB RAM.
Vista64 with 9.11 release (from a few days ago) of the drivers and CCC. I haven't been able to get CCC to load in any way for many many months. I've tried reverting to old versions to no avail. It shows me the hourglass quickly a few times like it's loading but then nothing. I check task manager and MOM.exe appears for a second then disappears when I try to load it.
I'm on the admin account (the only account). I've shutdown avast antivirus to see if that was it and no dice.
I am getting horrible FPS in WoW and need to get in there and set it to "autotune". Or at least play around in the settings. 15fps anywhere in the game on this machine doesn't seem right.
