Catalyst CAP profiles not in install/uninstall list

Does the ATI CAP profiles need to be installed for each user (windows user) or just once? I can't remember which user I installed first but only the admin login seems to have the CAP profiles in the programs list (in control panel) for uninstallation, while the 'normal' user (that I normal log into) does not have the CAP profiles in the programs list.
