Catalyst 6.3 WITH Control panel NOT CCC !

Reported first by Kovar at rage3D. Go to ATI's site ATI and navigate to: Drivers and Software > Windows XP > FireMV > FireMV 2400 PCI. So nice to have cp with newest driver. This is the 6.3 cat with 6.3 control panel.

If they're still bundling the latest drivers +CCC and +Control Panel, why don't they have both listed in the general download area? Why bury the Control Panel version so deeply? I know they like CCC, but at least give users the option to choose which version they prefer.

You can't get to the video deinterlacing options without the CCC installed.

yeah and also arround 20% decrease in peformance in fear. Stay away from cat 6.3 driver :!

I had no performance decrease whatsoever in F.E.A.R with Catalyst 6.3.

I just refuse to use CCC and crappy .Net framework.
