Which do you see more performance improvements in, OpenGL or Direct3D?

heh, Kromis, as you can see all the recent drivers had made me jaded 😀

At the risk of sounding cheesy (...) tis the best X-mas gift ATI can give Radeon Owners.
COD2 has increased performance
FEAR runs better but not enough for me to use 4xAA 🙁
Company of Heroes is smooth as butter after my alt+tab trick (do this in game and get 2x FPS...)

You're welcome. This is actually kinda old -- out for about a week. I found it fishy @ first cos it's from a french site and also since its so big. Some guys over @ the Driver Heaven forums gave me the heads-up.

 
I cant seem to get the drivers exracted I get a popup and something from 7-Zip and it says the exe is not supported archive. Is there something else I need to do cause I always thought exe's just ran when you opened them.

Any updates with the smartshader support? That is about the only thing I care about at the moment. 😛 I'm going to stick with 6.3 unless they have added that back in.

Did you try to redownload them? Its getting corrupted somewhere on your end because they worked for me.
 
Can anyone tell me if you're having problems with GRAW using 6.12 betas?

I get a hardlock + reboot as soon as the first splash screen comes up.

That worked guess it got messed up on the 1st download I wasnt at the comp so it might of not downloaded the whole thing. Now is it just me or do these drivers have huge boost in IQ. 😉

It works great. Don't worry about it 🙂
It comes with Both 32bit and 64bit drivers, .Net 2.0, Parental Control, Avivo, WDM, CCC, C++ -- that's why.
