Catalyst 3.8 Smartshader Effects

Just a quick note ... has anyone tried the new Catalyst 3.8 shartshader effects out? It seems to me that they kinda get stuck on whatever resolution you run them on, even if you turn them off ...

FYI I'm running a Gigabyte Radeon 9600 Pro

I didn't have that problem (ATI 9700pro). I didn't like the effects much. They seem to be novelty with not much use.

They look cool, but no use. Playing CS in B&W is hard.

It's in the 3D Tab, choose custom and you will see the tab

Try Quake III sometime in the ASII green text mode. It's like what 3D might have been back before the Voodoo1 came out. They need to add The Matrix glyphs effect.
