Catalyst 3.5 drivers available

Looks like the Cat 3.5 drivers are posted on ATI's website. Who's going to be the Guinea pig and let us know how they are? 🙂

Cool, just saw it. Cat.3.4's seem to work pretty good for me though.

i actually got an improvement for 3d mark 03
Used to be getting like 4955 to 4964 points,

and after catalyst 3.5 installed,
BOOM! I hit 5001 !!! ;o)

Well, now THAT's weird, as one of the things ATI did in this driver is remove all their 3dMark03 optimizations... 😕

In any case, these drivers fixed the bug introduced in Cat 3.4 regarding multi-monitor systems ignoring control panel settings (you use to be able to set any FSAA or Aniso setting you wanted in a multi-monitor environment, and the change wouldn't have any effect).

This is only worth noting because it was a pretty substantial bug that was fixed and not commented on in the release notes.

Thats becuase they took out the optimizations and put the cheats in 😉

I DLed them about 2 hours ago, and here are my results.
3DMark03 score down, from 4505 to 4418.
3DMark01 score up, from 8200 to 9597. Still not as high as it used to be (10202), but rage3d tweak messed up that for some reason.
Vice City, seems fine, still smooth at 1280x1024@max w/ 4xFSAA & 8xAF.
Havnt tryed anything else. I`ll post back when i have.
