I have installed the Catalyst 12.1 drivers to gain access to custom profiles to try and get crossfire working for SWTOR. Unfortunately in all games I have tried (SWTOR, Company of Heroes, Arma 2) I now have a very strange problem. In the top left hand of the screen I get 4 different boxes of the colours yellow, red, purple and white which flash on and off continuously and at a very fast rate. This happens in any game whether crossfire is set to default, disabled, AFR or Optimise 1x1.
If I take a screen shot using print screen etc then those boxes do not appear in the screen shot and they only show up when a game is fullscreen not when Windowed or in Windows.
I have taken some camera pictures of SWTOR so you can see what I mean.
No one else in that game or anywhere else I have looked seems to have a similar problem. Any ideas what is causing this or what I might try to resolve it? Where could these even come from if not the drivers themselves? I haven't yet gone back to the old drivers to confirm its not a problem there, perhaps I should.
