CAT5e LAN cable differences

I need to know whether I can stranded or solid so i can buy some connectors.

All i see on the box is Cat5e MPR/CMR Riser Rated 4 pair /24 gauge

Any way to find out?

Riser cable is solid conductor. It's considered "in-wall" cabling, which will always be solid conductor.

Stranded is for jumpers only, and is bad for long runs because it has much more loss and lower stats in the transmission characterisitics (because, by spec, jumpers will never be longer than five meters (~15 feet)).

Buy (Cat5e-rated) solid-conductor style RJs.

Solid for long run and in wall installations.

Stranded to make short patch cables (about 15' max.).

Solid core wire is much stiffer than stranded. Do you have a spare patch cord lying around? Patch cords are stranded so bend them and compare. Of course, I have never seen riser rated stranded cable spools. I would suspect it is solid core.

Cat5e MPR/CMR Riser Rated 4 pair /24 gauge

That's solid wire. Use that for permanent runs to keystone jacks or patch panels.
If you value your time I suggest you purchase premade stranded patch cables. The cheapest ones you can find are still better than home made ones with solid cable and crimped connectors.
