Cat5 Cable Assembly Question

I am installing a Netgear RT314 router so I can network my computers to my single cable connection. I need to assemble a cable to run between my cable modem and the LAN port of my router. I also need to assemble cables to run between the router and each of my computers. Would both of these cables be straight through cables? Does the one between the modem and the router need to be a crossover?
Also, can someone post a link which shows how to assemble the ends to the cables. I have the crimping tool I really need to know what order the wires need to be in.

If you are running just with a cable modem/router it should go like this.

CABLE LINE---------CABLE MODEM------CAT5 STRAIGHT THROUGH------ROUTER-----CAT5 STRAIGHT THROUGH------NIC

With a cable modem/router/hub

CABLE LINE---------CABLE MODEM------CAT5 STRAIGHT THROUGH------ROUTER-----CAT5 STRAIGHT THROUGH-----HUB-----CAT5 STRAIGHT THROUGH-------NIC

What Urban said. I have a have a link that shows pictures of how your cables are made but it is on another system and it is putting a movie onto a video tape right now. It is not hooked up to the network right now as it is the living room. I will post the link later.
