actually most phones disconnect automatically like a cell phone after a couple of seconds when the other person has hung up...
not to mention even if they do recieve a 911 call someone still has to come to the house even f you dialed it by mistake to make sure it isnt someone with a gun to your head telling to to tell them that it was an accident
