CAt A.I Shader Replacement.

ive read a lot about the new CAt a.i optimisations for the new x- series gpu's. I know that it is mainly achieved by filtering optimisations, but what intrigued me most was the use of a shader replacment in doom 3. it seems to really improve performance. what i want to know is, i know that all the talk is x-700 and x-800, but will cat A.I work with my 9800 PRO and impliment the replacement shader on doom 3, as a extra few FPS would be very welecome, and i see no reason as to why this new shader wont work on my 9800 PRO. Any thuaght on this would be very welecome.

Should work just fine. Probably the same shader tweak that was thrown in through the manual hack of the glprogs file. 🙂
