Hi,

Two questions --
  1. I would like to know if there are CAT-6 flat cables.
I need 200mm cable and I need to bend it inside a small space. The CAT-6 cable I have is fat and not flexible. I afraid that when I bend it inside the small space, I damage the cable and the data transmission.
  2. If I use CAT-6 cable for 70 meters and connect it to another small cable CAT-5 200mm to my camera, will the small cable reduce the data transmission?
Thank you!

I have a flat "Cat5" cable that's only about 6 feet long. I cannot get Gigabit out of it.

That's pretty terrible, because I can even get Gigabit out of a 7 foot long Cat3 cable.

You can't maintain proper twist and pair spacing in a flat cable. Use at your own risk.
