i need some advise here to connect 300m distance of 2 locations via outdoor.

which is the best solutions and preferred model of product to be use.

If there isn't already a conduit burried, I'd suggest a wireless bridge.

If there is already a conduit and you can easily pull something through, you could use DSL-based Ethernet Extenders: http://www.startech.com/Networking-...ps-VDSL2-Ethernet-LAN-Extender-Kit~110VDSLEXT

They work great and I've used them before for much this same need. They'll run over standard twisted pair, so CAT3/existing 25-pair will work fine.

If 150Mbps is sufficient, and you have line-of-sight, go airMAX. These can be purchased at Amazon.

If you need Gigabit, go airFiber.
