Cat 12.11 still in beta?

Hey all
So my roommate is sitting on a new computer build, waiting for AMD to release the official non-beta 12.11s. I'm trying to tell him there's no point, it's going to be same.. But he wants to wait for the official version to install on his new system.
Is there any rough guess as to when they will be released? Seems like they've been in beta now for two months or so? D:

They just might release 12.12 or 13.1 straight considering the year is over

That makes sense.
He wants to use 12.11 because its supposed to be the "uber performance increase" drivers or whatever. Wont even touch 12.10
